The ARTpartments is an intentional living community in the artist quarters of Eugene, in the heart of the famous Whiteaker, living and creating life together! We're not a co-op, commune, or ecovillage (though we love our neighbors who are!).

We care about respecting each other, our space, and our autonomy. Consent matters, and we want people to opt into life with us.
We are a closed community, and though we welcome close friends and guests often, we aren't a good fit for people looking for an open door policy.
Community Engagement
We care about community engagement. We don't want to be the housemates that you never see! We want to see you and get to know you, and co-create amazing things together!
We enjoy hosting fires, art nights, movie nights, and other gatherings.
Making Home Together
We care about making home together. We are an adult only space with a vibrant and active shared commons. We actively participate to keep our home (and our neighborhood) beautiful. We have a community limit of 10 people.
We welcome people from all backgrounds.
We look for community members who take pride in where they live and create.
Creativity
Creation is the core of life, and our philosophy. We live inside the art and welcome creativity in all its forms!
Community members have creative control over their own private spaces and we are growing our facilities all the time to support additional creation!
Currently, we have a woodshop and workshop, stage/music and recording equipment, instruments, metalworking space, and a gardens. We welcome new ideas for growing studio space!
